No need for an excuse to make this cheesecake! It’s so quick and simple, why not try out the recipe for absolutely no reason at all!
Buttery Biscuit Base:
300g Digestive
125g Butter
Add crumbed biscuit with melted butter
Place in cheese cake form & bake for 7 minutes
Allow to cool
Cheesecake mix:
900g Cream Cheese
200g Caster sugar
300g Sour Cream
3 tbsp Flour
3 Eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tsp Vanilla essence
Beat the cream & sugar together until smooth
Add the sour cream & flour & then beat again
Add the eggs & vanilla essense
Spoon onto the buttery biscuit base
Bake for 45-55 minutes @160oc until top starts to split
Allow to cool, serve and tuck in!
